Ginny Williams
Principal
Responsible for overseeing the firm’s operations, Ginny Williams has held the reins on human resources, new business development and administrative oversight as the agency’s vice president for more than 10 years.
GInny draws on her past experience in marketing management in diverse industries, from real estate to health care, to expand Webb’s client base, evolve the office culture, and screen potential strategic partners and team members. She has spearheaded many of the ideas that now are valued parts of the Webb culture, including flexible work schedules, an annual planning retreat, and everyone’s favorite – a wine bar. Ginny was a single working mom for a number of years and understands how important balance and fun in the workplace is to her valued staff.
Ginny serves on the boards of The Denver Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and Inter-Faith Community Services, and she has been awarded the Alumni Appreciation Award for her scholarship fundraising at the University of Colorado’s Denver campus.
Ginny knows how to wind down with a good glass of wine while listening to her eclectic collection of music. She also travels often and makes time with her two kids and extended family a priority.
Ginny holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the College of St. Catherine in St. Paul, Minnesota, but her heart remains here in the west.
