A native Texan, Erika is your typical only child…. over achiever, rule follower and willing to do what it takes to get the job done.

Even at an early age, Erika was producing results. She enjoyed planning large parties for friends, family and school paying close attention to every detail and creating themes that she carried through until the very end. It was in college when she realized she could turn her natural talent into a career in marketing and communications. First in her family to graduate from high school, Erika received her B.A. in Communications from the University of Colorado Denver and later earned her M.B.A. with emphasis in Marketing from Regis University.

Erika comes to Webb PR with a diverse background in industries such as entertainment, travel, association management and chamber of commerce. Her experience includes creating and implementing strategic marketing/communication plans to reach a variety of Latino and general market audiences.

One of Erika’s strengths lies in creating a big picture strategy and generating a detailed plan to reach the end result. Erika approaches Webb PR accounts with a business perspective that is creative yet realistic. A native Spanish speaker, she also assists our team with translations and projects reaching the Hispanic community. She approaches each project with focus and great energy making her a reliable team player. One of Erika’s defining characteristics is her passion for the community. She sits on several boards and committees for a variety of causes such as youth, education and women’s development. She is also a graduate of Leadership Denver (2009) and the Circle of Latina Leadership (2005).
