Chris Jenuine
Creative Director / Senior Copywriter
Seems that Jenuine (sounds like “genuine”) has always been a natural at coming up with ideas that people respond to positively. Like when he was just starting out as a creative assistant answering telephones at Los Angeles ad agency Rubin-Postaer. By default, Chris “landed” an assignment for Honda automobiles that went on to win several major awards. Since then he’s almost literally proven himself across the country ¬– from Dailey & Associates (California Lottery and Gallo Wines) in L.A., to the Richard’s Group (Motel 6 and Whataburger) in Dallas, to Karsh & Hagan (McDonald’s and Colorado Lottery) in Denver.
Now Chris is sharing his creative energy with Webb PR as a Senior Consultant. In fact, his recent contributions include calling out dudes on college campuses in CDOT’s “Dude You’re an Idiot if you drink and drive” campaign to creating the “Truth Fairy” for a social norming campaign at Western State College.
In his twenty-plus years of “thinking good thoughts” Chris continues to turn heads and move the customer needle for an ever-growing range of clients; from hotels and banks, to restaurants and automobiles; you name it. Speaking of which, he’s even named several new companies, products and services, perhaps his most well known (and least paying) achievement being “Smart Start” cereal for Kellogg’s. Always a kid at heart, Jenuine still gets a child-like charge out of seeing his work pop up on television, in the newspaper or on a billboard somewhere.
