A Puerto Rican native, Elizabeth is an expert at offering a strong blend of multicultural understanding and strategic marketing while judiciously analyzing the overall situation. Elizabeth has over 20 years experience in the management ranks of Corporate America and the entrepreneurial field. A master strategist, Elizabeth immerses herself in the mindset of each client, helping them in the creation of effective marketing plans that educate and influence target populations. During the past three years she has acted as a Senior Consultant for Webb PR. In this role, she has been instrumental in providing strategic lead and direction associated with the Hispanic DUI campaign, Toma Control, ¡Vive!. She was the subject matter expert and spokesperson for the Summer 2008 DUI outreach component of the campaign. Her contributions have made significant inroads to effectively reach the target population, Spanish-dominant Latinos. Elizabeth is extremely proficient in conducting focus group moderation in Spanish, English, or bilingually. She complements her language skills with a strong understanding of the Hispanic culture.
